Thai green salad Som tum tam recipe wt green papaya, prawns, Long Beans

Ingredients 
  • Shrimp 30-40 140 gm
  • Garlic  10 gm
  • Thai chilli   10 gm
  • Long bean  60 gm
  • Cherry tomato  60 gm
  • Roasted peanut 40 gm
  • Green papaya sliced 150 gm
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Fish sauce  1 tbsp
  • Palm sugar  1 tbsp
  • Carrot   40 gm
Method of Making Thai Green Salad Som Tum Tam Recipe

  1. Boil the shrimps and set aside. 
  2. In a blender blend chilli, garlic and long beans until smooth.
  3. Add papaya relish, lemon juice, fish sauce, palm sugar, tomato cherry and toss them well.
  4. Place the shrimps in centre and garnish with roasted peanuts.
