Thai green salad Som tum tam recipe wt green papaya, prawns, Long Beans

- Shrimp 30-40 140 gm
- Garlic 10 gm
- Thai chilli 10 gm
- Long bean 60 gm
- Cherry tomato 60 gm
- Roasted peanut 40 gm
- Green papaya sliced 150 gm
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Fish sauce 1 tbsp
- Palm sugar 1 tbsp
- Carrot 40 gm
Method of Making Thai Green Salad Som Tum Tam Recipe

- Boil the shrimps and set aside.
- In a blender blend chilli, garlic and long beans until smooth.
- Add papaya relish, lemon juice, fish sauce, palm sugar, tomato cherry and toss them well.
- Place the shrimps in centre and garnish with roasted peanuts.
