Easy Thai tom kha gai soup recipe with Coconut milk, Chicken, Lemongrass

- Coconut milk 60 gm
- Chilli paste (Prick pao) 1 tbsp
- Sliced chicken breast 60 gm
- Lemon grass 10 gm
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Bird chilli 5 gm
- Fish sauce 1 tbsp
- Coriander 5 gm
- Onion 10 gm
- Galangal 10 gm
- Kaffir lime 5 gm
- Mushroom 60 gm
- Chopped tomatoes 40 gm
Method of making Tahi Tom Kha Gai Soup Recipe

Bring coconut milk to a boil.
Add lemongrass, onion, chopped tomatoes, Kaffir lime, galangal and boil for another min.
Add sliced chicken and mushrooms. Stir till chicken is cooked.
Add in lemon juice, chilli and fish sauce.
Garnish with a dash of freshly chopped coriander leaves.
