How to make Lemon Grass tea Drink recipes Ingredients health cancer

Ingredients
  •   6 large stalks fresh lemongrass (white parts only) 
  •   6 tbsps sugar
  •   8 cups water
Preparation of Lemon Grass Tea Drink:

  1. Cut the lemongrass in half, breadth-wise, and wash properly.
  2. Add the lemongrass stalks to the water and bring it to  boil. Then turn the flame down and simmer for about 1 hour.  
  3. Add the sugar and stir till it dissolves. 

To serve pour the mixture into ice cubes for a refreshing drink add stem of lemongrass as stirrer. It can also be  drunk hot.
