Singapore noodles recipe

Singapore noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Maggi noodles
  • 50 gms cabbage, chopped
  • 50 gms capsicum, chopped
  • 50 gms French beans, chopped
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger, chopped
  • 8-10 garlic flakes, chopped
  • 1 tsp Maggi masala
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of ajinomoto
  • For flavouring
  • Soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and Schezwan sauce

Method

1.

Boil water in a pan, add noodles and boil for five minutes, drain and
keep under running water for one minute to avoid sticking.
2. Heat oil in a pan and saut ginger and garlic until golden brown.
3. Add cabbage, capsicum and beans and saut well.
4. Add noodles, salt, ajinomoto and Maggi masala and stir well.
5. Serve hot with Soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and Schezwan sauce.
