from: Shantanu- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- ½ bowl shrimps (keep shells separate)
- 1 tbs fresh red chillies (chopped, de-seeded)
- ½ litre vegetable stock
- 1/2-inch strip of lemon and peel
- ½ cup mushrooms (sliced)
- juice of 1 lime
- ¼ cup coriander (chopped)
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tbs ginger (chopped)
- 1 stick lemon grass
