Thai Recipe Pad kra prao gai khao, Stir fried chicken Basil ingredients

Ingredients 
  • Minced chicken  160 gm
  • Cooking oil  20 ml
  • Chopped Garlic 5 gm
  • Chopped red chilli 20 gm
  • Fresh basil  20 gm
  • Fish sauce  1 tbsp
  • Black soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • White sugar 1 tbsp
  • Steamed rice 100 gm
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Method of making Thai Recipe Kra Prao Gai Khao

  1. Put steamed rice in a serving bowl and keep aside.
  2. Heat the wok and pour in the oil. Add garlic followed by chicken.  
  3. Stir till chicken is cooked.
  4. Throw all the sauces and the roughly chopped basil. 
  5. Place the chicken over the steamed rice and top the dish with a fried egg.
