Chinese style vegetable sweet corn soup

Ingredients
- 100 gms corn
- 3-4 French beans, finely chopped
- 2 big carrots
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onion for garnishing
- (* You can add any other vegetables of your choice.)
Method
1. Boil corn in four cups of water.
2. When the corn is half cooked, add the other vegetables and cook for five minutes.
3. Add two tablespoons of water to a little cornflour and add to the vegetables to thicken the mixture.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Garnish with chopped spring onion and add soya sauce, vinegar and chilly sauce as per taste.
6. Serve hot.
