Chinese Rice Cake

Ingredients :
Rice flour
Sugar
Water

Directions :
1. Boil a pot of water and place a steaming tray at the bottom
2. Mix together ingredients and add to a shallow baking dish (i.e. pie tin/cake tin)
3. Only fill to about ľ full and place in the pot
4 . Mix together ingredients and add to a shallow baking dish (i.e. pie tin/cake tin)(reach 3/4 height of the container)
5. Cover the pot with a lid and steam until the mixture rises to fill up the container
6. Cool, cut and serve
