Easy Thai Chicken Satay Gai receips inc peanut sauce, Coconut Milk

Ingredients 
  • Chicken breast  160 gm
  • Galangal   20 gm
  • Lemon grass 20 gm
  • Coriander root 20 gm
  • Garlic  10 gm
  • Salt  to taste
  • Curry powder to taste
  • Palm sugar  20 gm
  • Coconut milk 60 gm
  • Peanut butter 10 gm
Method of Making Thai Chicken Satay Gai Recipe

  1. Cut the chicken into small chunks. 
  2. Grind the vegetables together. 
  3. Add turmeric and curry powder to the puree and mix well.
  4. Marinate the chicken for at least three hours if not overnight and grill for about three minutes.  
  5. Serve with peanut sauce and a few bread sticks.
