How to make Fresh Fruit sago dessert recipe wt Coconut Milk, Cream

from: Suji

Ingredients: 
  • 300 gm sago
  • 400 ml sugar syrup (three tbsp sugar dissolved in one cup water)
  • Half a cup of assorted fresh fruits (grapes, apples, oranges, watermelon. Chopped into small chunks)
  • 200 ml coconut milk or cream
  • Fresh mint for garnish.
Method of making Sweet Dessert with Fresh Fruits and Sago


Boil the sago till they float to the surface. Drain and wash with cold water immediately and strain properly. Mix sago, fruits, sugar syrup and coconut milk in a bowl. Garnish with fresh mint.
