alvin's chinese drunken chicken recipe on the grill or in oven
from: Clyde- 80 gm chicken (cut into strips)
- 100 gm spaghetti
- 100 ml white wine
- 15 gm onion (finely chopped)
- 15 gm garlic
- 50 gm potatoes
- 15 ml cream
- 15 gm butter
- 2 gm nutmeg
- 50 gm wild rice
- 50 gm honey
- a little chicken veloute
- 20 gm mirepoix (onion, garlic, celery, leeks, carrots, bayleaf and peppercorns roughly chopped)
- 5 gm parsley (chopped).
