delicious Chinese Noodles
from: Suresh JoshiChinese Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 pack Chinese noodles
- 1 egg
- 50 gms French beans, chopped
- 50 gms carrot, chopped
- 50 gms capsicum, chopped
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- Pinch of ajinomoto
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
1. Beat the egg, make omelet and set aside.
2. Boil water in a large pan, add noodles and boil for about five minutes.
3. Drain noodles, mix well with half teaspoon oil to prevent noodles from sticking to each other and set aside.
4. Heat oil in a wok, add all the vegetables and saute for two to three minutes on high flame.
5. Add noodles, tomato sauce, ajinomoto, soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder, salt with vegetables and saute.
6. Shred the omelette into small pieces and spread over noodles. Mix well and serve hot
