Chinese Noodles Bhel -Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pack Hakka noodles
- 1 capsicum, chopped
- 1 yellow carrot, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup dhania leaves, chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped and soaked in vinegar
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
Method
1. Heat oil and deep fry the noodles until golden brown. Remove noodles and crush into small bits and set aside.
2. Heat half teaspoon oil in a pan. Saute all the vegetables for two minutes, add salt and turn off the flame.
3. Mix fried noodles with the vegetables and serve with tomato ketchup and green chillies soaked in vinegar.
