Noodle Pizza

Noodle Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup noodles, boiled
  • 2 ready pizza bases
  • 50 gms prawns, deep fried with red chilli powder and salt
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup vegetables (French beans, capsicum, cabbage), chopped
  • 2 cubes cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method

1. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions till they turn pink.
2. Add tomato and cook for two to three minutes.
3. Add salt, sugar, and red chilli powder. Saut and cook for two more minutes.
4. Add vegetables and noodles. Saut well and cook for one minute.
5. Heat tawa and grease it with butter, place one pizza base on it, spread some ketchup on the base.
6.

Spread vegetables with noodles and top with cheese. Cook pizza on very
low flame till it turns golden brown. Make sure it doesn't char.
7. Repeat the process for the second pizza.
8. Cut pizzas into eight equal pieces and garnish with prawns. Serve hot with tomato or chilli sauce.
