Making of Guava soup, juice with Guava Pulp, vinegar on rainy day

Ingredients
  • 50 gm guava pulp
  • 25 gm guava cubes (for garnish)
  • 5 gm celery salt
  • a dash of balsamic vinegar
  • a dash of Tabasco sauce
  • sugar to taste.
Method of Guava Soup

  1. Take guava pulp in a pot; add a little bit of water and a little bit of sugar. Bring it to a boil and cook for a while.
  2. Strain through a wire mesh. Add a dash of tobacco and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Let it cool down in a refrigerator. Serve in a chilled glass with a rim of celery salt.
