Making of Guava soup, juice with Guava Pulp, vinegar on rainy day

- 50 gm guava pulp
- 25 gm guava cubes (for garnish)
- 5 gm celery salt
- a dash of balsamic vinegar
- a dash of Tabasco sauce
- sugar to taste.
Method of Guava Soup

- Take guava pulp in a pot; add a little bit of water and a little bit of sugar. Bring it to a boil and cook for a while.
- Strain through a wire mesh. Add a dash of tobacco and balsamic vinegar.
- Let it cool down in a refrigerator. Serve in a chilled glass with a rim of celery salt.
