Mexican food recipes Roasted green chili with garlic and lime salsa
from: DoverIngredients:
- 500 ml of lime juice
- 300 gms green chilli
- 30 gms garlic
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparing Mexican Roasted Green chilli:
Roast the chillies and garlic in an oven or on a stove till it is cooked as per your choice. Finely chop them and throw in the lime juice. Let the chillies and garlic marinate for four hours. Now season it with salt and pepper and serve with Mexican main course dishes.
