How to make fresh green salsa verde with red chili and tomatillos

from: Jeevan

Ingredients: 
  • 200 gms fresh green chilli
  • 200 gms fresh red chilli
  • 80 gms onion
  • 15 ml white vinegar
  • 10 grms oregano
  • 25 ml water
  • Salt to taste
Method of making Fresh Green salsa verde: 

Cut the chillies and onions in fine juliennes and keep aside. In a bowl mix the white vinegar, water and oregano. Add the chillies and onions to this dressing and let it rest for two hours before you season it with salt. Serve with a bag of tortilla chips.
