Mexican Casera ranchera salsa recipe for huevos rancheros red tomato

from: Cecila

Ingredients:  
  • 2 kg tomatoes
  • 200 gm onions
  • 50 gm garlic
  • 30 gm coriander
  • 30 gm green chillies
  • 2 tbs oil
Method of making Mexican Casera Ranchera Salsa: 


In a large bowl, heat water and add-in all the ingredients mentioned above. Bring it to a boil and let it cool. Once it cools down, blend it in a mixture and strain it with the help of a strainer. In a deep pan, heat the oil and tip-in the strained mixture. Cook it for a few minutes and serve it with warm chips.
