NonVeg Beef Recipes using Crock Pot (Clay Pot)
from: CharlesHearty Beef Crock Pot
Ingredients : -
- 1 1/2 pounds round steak (cubed)
- 8 new potatoes (cut into fourths)
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Process :-
Lightly oil a skillet. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper and brown over high heat on both sides. Layer potatoes, carrots, beef and onion in crock pot. Mix beef broth and tomatoes. Gently pour mixture over other ingredients into crock pot. Cover and cook on low for
approximately 8 hours or until tender. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
