Beef Roasting with Crock Pot (Clay Pot)

Ingredients : -
- 3 to 4 pound beef pot roast
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth
Preparation Process : -
Place pot roast in crock pot and top with mushrooms. In a small bowl, mix soup mix and beef broth, then pour into crock pot. Cover and cook 10-12 hours on low or 5-6 hours on high.
