Mixed Veg & Nonveg Roast Recipe in Crock Pot

Ingredients:




  • 3 to 4 pound beef roast
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup beef broth 
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups baby carrots 
  • 4 potatoes (diced into small pieces)
  • Olive oil 
  • Steak seasoning



Directions:



 



Heat
olive oil in large pan; season beef with steak seasoning and brown on
all sides over high heat. Add water, beef broth and soup mix to crock
pot and mix well. Add potatoes, carrots and mushrooms to soup mix and
stir. Place beef roast on top of vegetables and soup.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until beef is tender.
