Low calories healthy Greek Honey pie

Ingredients

  • 300 gm Fresh cottage cheese

  • 3 Tbsp Honey

  • 250 gm Custard

  • 1 Tbsp vanilla essence

  • Biscuit base depending on the mould — use digestive biscuits.



Method


1.       In a mixer beat all the wet ingredients together till a fine paste.

2.       Layer the baking dish with the biscuit crumbs till it forms a perfect base

3.       And then add the wet ingredients. Bake in a 200* oven for 25 mins

4.       Or till the toothpick comes out clean.

5.       Remove from the oven and let it rest for a while. Serve with ice cream.


Total calories = 80 per piece
