Papaya juice punch Benefits, Making with Papaya, Orange, apricot

Ingredients :
  • Fresh papaya juice as per servings
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp of apricot syrup. 
Making of Papaya Punch :


Squeeze the orange to get fresh juice. Add the papaya juice to it. Stir in the apricot syrup. Garnish with a slice of papaya and serve in a martini glass.

How it helps: 

Papaya is one of the few fruits that aids production of pepsin, an essential gastric juice. That said, the orange juice will give you loads of vitamins C and A. Having a glass of this mixture after meals, especially earlier in the day, does wonders for digestion.
