Free gluten free foods Herbed Millet Stew

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup millet grains (bajra/ragi)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 5 small garlic pods, kept unpeeled
- 2 tsp dried mint leaves
- 1 1/2 cups water

Place all ingredients in a medium-sized pan with 1 1/2 cups of water over high heat and bring to a boil.
Cover pan, reduce heat to low and cook for about 30 minutes, till millet grains have absorbed all the moisture and are tender. It's a good idea to check it after 20 minutes, as sometimes the millet cooks faster.
