Summer Salad Special
from: SonalHerb Grilled Tomato, Kiwi and Chevre on Rucolla bed
Ingredients:
70 gm Rucolla lettuce
20gm fresh plum tomato
2 gm Oregano
20 gm Kiwi
50 gm Chevre cheese
10ml olive oil
Salt
Pepper
10 ml lemon vinaigrette

Method:
Slice the tomato in even size. Marinate it with fresh herb, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil. Grill the tomato slice slightly in a griller and let it chill for a few hours. Peel and slice the kiwi and toss it in vinaigrette. Arrange the Rucolla leaves on a plate and top it with the cold tomatoes, kiwi and come Chevre cheese. Sprinkle olive oil on top and serve.
