choice
- At least one fruit per day is recommended
- Rice can be had in moderation
- Do not stop eating ghee as it has lot of medicinal
properties. You can have it but in moderation
- One leafy vegetable at least 5 times a week is
recommended
- Vegetarians need to make sure they have good
sources of proteins by including dal, sprouts and soy regularly in their diet
- Include salads, buttermilk and curd in your diet
everyday
- Drink milk regularly
- Reduce the intake of papad, pickle, sweets, bread,
bakery products, fried, junk food and alcohol to the minimum.
