Let's start with the important ingredients: pastes and sauces. What they do is vastly reduce your daily cooking time Here are some recipes for you to prepare these pastes/ purées at home. Once done, store them in your refrigerator:
Tomato Purée
What you need
- 5-6 firm, ripe tomatoes
- 1 tbsp water

Preparation Method of Tomato Puree
- Chop the tomatoes and pressure cook in a tablespoon of water for a minute.
- When done, blend the tomatoes in a blender or mixer till smooth.
- This tomato purée can be kept for a week.
