Making of Ginger Garlic paste

Life, in all these cases, is all about striking a balance between work and your personal life, right? In this tight-rope walk, cooking can seem a huge drudgery or a necessary evil. This is for all those of you who want to make the best of your time by spending as little of it as you can in the kitchen. All it takes, really, is a little planning.

Here is one of the commonly using recipes for you to made it as ready for all the time. Once done, store them in your refrigerator:

Ginger garlic paste

What you need
  • Equal amounts of ginger and garlic, chopped
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Grind ginger and garlic coarsely in the mixer grinder with a little salt.
  2. Store in the freezer.
  3. It stays for a month.
