Hot potato and Sausage salad

Ingredients
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 litre chicken stock (salted)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 sausages
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
               Salad with potato, Sausage, and chicker

Method

Peel the potatoes and cut into thick slices.
Put

the potato slices, butter and stock into a pressure cooker for 5 to 7
minutes, until potatoes are tender. They will be even better if they
have broken up a bit.
Remove and cool to room temperature.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the sausages till golden brown.
Remove and cut them into three pieces each.
Remove potato slices and juice into a flat bowl or platter.
Scatter with the chopped parsley and mix in the hot sausages.
