Easy Quick Recipe Flat Bread Pizza Recipe

You don't have too much time. You just got home from a hard day at work. You forgot to stock up on resources (read vegetables) to make an elaborate meal. And you are totally ravenous. You just have to eat. But what? Get Ahead has some quick solutions!

Ingredients
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 tsp ajwain seeds
  • 1 tsp of oil
  • 1 pod of garlic
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 cube of cheese (optional)
  • 4 slices of bread
  • A little tomato ketchup/ tomato chilli sauce to taste
  • Salt to taste


Preparation Method for sauce

  1. Peel and dice garlic and onion fine and set aside.
  2. Dice tomatoes fin and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a wok. When the oil smokes, throw in the ajwain seeds and let it crackle.
  4. Drop in chopped garlic and onion into the wok. Saute well.
  5. When the garlic and onion turn transparent, add diced tomatoes. Add salt, a little water and bring to a boil.
  6. Add tomato sauce to this and let it boil again.
  7. Add herbs and switch off the flame.
Preparation Method of Easy Qucik Recip Flat Bread Pizza
  1. Place the bread slices in a flat pan. Top them with the prepared sauce. Sprinkle some grated cheese on it if required.
  2. Cover the pan and heat on low flame until the bottom is crisp and the cheese melts.
  3. Your bread pizza is ready.
