Indian style Italian Pasta

This one is not purely Italian, changed a little bit to prepare it in a desi style.

Ingredients: -
  • Pasta 500gms
  • Tomatoes chopped 1 cup 
  • Onions chopped 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 150 ml
  • Smoked salmon 250gms
  • Dry oregano 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt and Olive oil
  • Grated parmesan 1 tbsp

Preparation Method: -


Heat

olive oil in a saucepan add onions and saute well till light brown.

Add
chopped tomatoes and saute till they turn soft.

Add oregano,turmeric
powder,cumin seeds and coriander powder and saute well.Then add salmon
cut into pieces, salt and fresh cream (75ml) saute well,cover and cook
for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile in a pot,boil water,add salt and pasta and
little bit of oil and cook for the prescribed time usually 5-10
minutes.

Drain the pasta.Now in a sauce pan melt some butter and add
pasta,pepper powder,fresh cream and saute well.

Add them to the sauce and
mix well.Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and serve hot.
