Indian style Italian Pasta
from: JhinuThis one is not purely Italian, changed a little bit to prepare it in a desi style.
Ingredients: -
- Pasta 500gms
- Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
- Onions chopped 1/2 cup
- Fresh cream 150 ml
- Smoked salmon 250gms
- Dry oregano 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Salt and Olive oil
- Grated parmesan 1 tbsp

Heat
olive oil in a saucepan add onions and saute well till light brown.
chopped tomatoes and saute till they turn soft.
powder,cumin seeds and coriander powder and saute well.Then add salmon
cut into pieces, salt and fresh cream (75ml) saute well,cover and cook
for 10 minutes.
little bit of oil and cook for the prescribed time usually 5-10
minutes.
pasta,pepper powder,fresh cream and saute well.
mix well.Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and serve hot.
