Roasted Marinated Prawns recipe with herb Olive Oil
from: Pinaud and AnupamIngredients
- 16 prawns
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 35 ml white wine
- 50 ml olive oil (herbed)
- 20 gm lettuce
- 20 gm asparagus tips, poached
- 20 gm French beans, poached
- 10 gm cherry tomatoes
- 20 gm babycorn, poached
- 10 gm zucchini, poached
- 5 gm white pepper powder
- Salt to taste

Method of preparing ROASTED MARINATED PRAWNS WITH HERB OLIVE OIL AND CRUNCHY VEGETABLE REMOULADE
- Marinate prawns with lemon juice, salt, white pepper powder, white wine and herb olive oil for half an hour.
- Roast the marinated prawns.
- Toss lettuce, asparagus, babycorn, french beans, cherry tomatoes and zucchini with herb oil, salt and white pepper powder.
- Place the lettuce mixture in the centre of a plate. Arrange roasted prawns around it and serve along with the above crunchy vegetables.
