Aglio-e-olio style Garlic and Oilve oil spaghetti Pasta food recipes

Ingredients:
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • 5 gms Chillie flakes
  • 15 gms Garlic
  • 120 gms Fettuccine pasta
  • 45 gms Mixed peppers
  • 20 gms Zucchini
  • 25 gms Onions and cherry tomatoes
  •  5 gms Basil
  • 5 gms Seasonings
  • 2 gms Oregano
Method of Preparing Spaghetti in Aglio-e-Olio Style:


Boil the pasta and apply oil and keep aside. Julienne the vegetables lengthwise with onions and then add the herbs and oil, cook in an oven for 20 mins. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, vegetable and the herbs. Add the seasoning. After that, toss the pasta and serve in pasta plate.
