Friend prawns recipe with Garlic and coconut mix

Ingredients
- 5 gm fat (white butter)
- 4 king-sized prawns
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 15 gm pimento (red capsicum), diced
- 15 gm green capsicum, diced
- 8 mushrooms, diced
- 10 gm spinach, boiled
- 2 cherry (or spoon) tomatoes
- 10 ml fresh cream
- 15 gm rice, cooked
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat the fat (white butter) in a frying pan and fry chopped garlic. Add spinach and prawn into the pan and sauté well.
- Separate the prawns and the spinach. Keep the spinach aside.
- Add cream, peppers and mushrooms into the pan and cook the prawns well.
- Add white wine for flavouring.
- In another pan, sauté the rice with white butter and chopped parsley.
- Serve with blanched spinach on the side as accompaniment.
