Friend prawns recipe with Garlic and coconut mix

PRAWN CELESTINE

Ingredients
  • 5 gm fat (white butter)
  • 4 king-sized prawns
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 15 gm pimento (red capsicum), diced
  • 15 gm green capsicum, diced
  • 8 mushrooms, diced
  • 10 gm spinach, boiled
  • 2 cherry (or spoon) tomatoes
  • 10 ml fresh cream
  • 15 gm rice, cooked
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Prawn celestine preparation Method
  1. Heat the fat (white butter) in a frying pan and fry chopped garlic. Add spinach and prawn into the pan and sauté well.
  2. Separate the prawns and the spinach. Keep the spinach aside.
  3. Add cream, peppers and mushrooms into the pan and cook the prawns well.
  4. Add white wine for flavouring.
  5. In another pan, sauté the rice with white butter and chopped parsley.
  6. Serve with blanched spinach on the side as accompaniment.
