Making Easy Italian chicken spaghetti recipe with chicken breast

Ingredients: 
  • Chicken breast-180 gms
  • Egg- 1
  • Bread crumbs-200 gms
  • Parmesan-60 gms
  • Tomato-150 gms
  • Tomato puree-40 ml
  • Olive oil- 30ml
  • Garlic-5gms
  • Onion-10 gms
  • Basil-10 gm
  • Chili flakes-5 gm
  • Sugar-2 gms
  • Saly-2 gms
  • Spaghetti-50gms
  • Rucola lettuce -10gms
  • Chicken jus-20ml
Procedure of making Spaghetti with chicken breast: 


Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Blanch tomato, refresh in cold water, peel, deseed and roughly chop. Sprinkle olive oil in a pan. Add garlic, onion, chili flakes and cook it till it's translucent. Then add the roughly chopped tomato and tomato puree. Reduce it a little. Finally add penne, basil and parmesan. Add seasoning and serve hot. (Optional:  You could also add grilled or pan fried chicken or fresh seafood.)

Split the chicken breast into two, add seasoning and give it an egg wash. In a tray, mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and coat the breast. Take olive oil in a pan, sear the breast on both the sides till golden brown. 

Toss your pasta in tomato sauce and place it on the plate. Cut the chicken breast into strips and arrange it over the spaghetti. Pour some chicken jus (brown sauce) around it. Garnish with parmesan shavings and rucola lettuce.
