Italian Penne Arrabbiata Sausage recipe dish with tomato, oilve oil

Ingredients: 
  • Tomato-300 gm
  • Tomato puree-100 ml
  • Olive oil-25 ml
  • Garlic-10 gms
  • Onion-15 gms
  • Basil-10 gm
  • Chili flakes-5gm
  • Sugar-5 gms
  • Parmesan-30 gms
  • Penne-100 gms
  • Salt-5 gms
Procedure of Italian Penne Arrabbiata Recipe: 



Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Blanch tomato, refresh in cold water, peel, deseed and roughly chop. Sprinkle olive oil in a pan. Add garlic, onion, chili flakes and cook it till it's translucent. Then add the roughly chopped tomato and tomato puree. Reduce it a little.

Finally add penne, basil and parmesan. Add seasoning and serve hot. Optional:  You could also add grilled or pan fried chicken or fresh seafood.
