Milk Pudding Recipes with Caramel topping chocolate sauce

- 1/2 litre milk
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 sachet gelatin (dissolve in a little water by double boiling (holding the bowl over a pan of boiling water))*
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Caramel topping/ chocolate sauce (optional)

Method of preparing Milk Pudding Recipe
- Heat the milk and eggs in a saucepan stirring constantly, let it come to a boil.
- Let it boil on low flame for two minutes.
- Just before turning off the flame, add the gelatin.
- Mix well for a minute.
- Turn off the flame.
- Add the vanilla and sugar, mix till it dissolves completely.
- After this mixture cools, pour it individual bowls.
- Keep it in the fridge for about four hours.
- Serve chilled, with caramel topping/chocolate sauce (optional).
