Milk Pudding Recipes with Caramel topping chocolate sauce

Ingredients
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 sachet gelatin (dissolve in a little water by double boiling (holding the bowl over a pan of boiling water))*
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Caramel topping/ chocolate sauce (optional)


Method of preparing Milk Pudding Recipe

  1. Heat the milk and eggs in a saucepan stirring constantly, let it come to a boil.
  2. Let it boil on low flame for two minutes.
  3. Just before turning off the flame, add the gelatin.
  4. Mix well for a minute.
  5. Turn off the flame.
  6. Add the vanilla and sugar, mix till it dissolves completely.
  7. After this mixture cools, pour it individual bowls.
  8. Keep it in the fridge for about four hours.
  9. Serve chilled, with caramel topping/chocolate sauce (optional).
