Ingredients
For White sauce:
- 15 gms butter
- 15 gms flour
- 300ml milk
- 1 small onion, peeled with 2 cloves tucked in it
- A pinch of pepper
- Salt to taste
- 200 gms carrot
- 150 gms beans
- 100 gms green peas, shelled 100 gms paneer
- 150 gms cauliflower
- 300 gms white sauce, thin
- 80 gms grated cheese
- Salt to taste
Method
For White sauce:
1. Put butter in a glass bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
2. Stir in the flour and microwave on high for 1 minute.
3. Stir in the milk and mix well.
4. Add onions with the cloves. Microwave on high for 5 minutes stirring every 1-minute.
For Baked vegetable:
1. Peel, wash and dice carrots.
2. String, wash and slice beans.
3. Cut cauliflower into florets and wash.
4. Dice paneer.
5. Take all vegetables in a casserole, cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes.
6. Add paneer, pour the white sauce over and mix well. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
7. Remove, sprinkle cheese and brown for 8-10 minutes.
8. Baked vegetable is now ready to eat.
