Onion Bhajiya

Ingredients
- 250 gm besan
- 1/2 kg onions
- 5-10 green chillies
- 1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
- 3-4 curry leaves
- 1 tbsp jeera
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 litre oil to deep fry
Method
1. Julienne onions finely and add salt, green chillies, ginger, jeera and curry leaves.
2. Add besan and bind to a thick mixture. Avoid adding too much water.
3. Take oil in a kadai and deep fry the bhajiyas.
