Jain Masala Pav

Ingredients
- Pav
- 1/2 capsicum, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Coriander leaves
- A pinch of jeera
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp dhania powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 3 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
1. Heat butter on the tawa and
add jeera, dhania leaves, capsicum and tomatoes and saute for two minutes.
2. Add garam masala, red chilli powder, dhania powder and salt.
3. Stuff this mixture into the pav and cook for another two more minutes.
4. Garnish with dhania leaves and serve hot
