Grilled Fish with caper butter sauce
from: ThampyIngredients
► Fish
slices: 180 gms
► Seasoned flour: 30 gms
► Mashed potatoes: 60 gms
► Cream: 20 ml
► Butter: 40 gms
► Grilled vegetables: 30 gms
► Capers: 10 gms
► Onion (chopped): 10
gms
► White wine: 10ml
► Seasoning: as required

Preparation

Season the fish slices, dredge it in seasoned flour
»
Pan fry it with some oil and keep aside
» Grill the
vegetables and toss them in some butter
» Combine the
mashed potatoes with cream and butter and keep aside
»
Assemble the plate with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, and seared
fish
» Prepare a caper butter sauce with white wine and
onions, cream and swirl in the butter
» Drizzle the
sauce over the fish and serve hot
