Leftover Beef Mutton | Hussaini Curry

Ingredients



Cubed leftover roast mutton/beef - 2 cups



Assortment
of leftover vegetables like potatoes, mushrooms



Small
pearl onions



Slightly
thick slices of ginger



Roughly
chopped small onion-1



Curd-1/2
cup,



Garam
masala-1tbs



Salt
and pepper.



 



Method



Place cubed chunks of meat, pearl onions, ginger and large-cut vegetables on a
skewer.



Make a little curry by heating some oil, adding a chopped onion and garam
masala. Add the curd and season with salt. Drizzle on the skewered meat,
garnish with coriander and serve with rice.
