Vegetable recipes stir fry veggie with soy sauce

Vegetable stiry Fry Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup capsicum, cut in strips
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2/3 bulbs of spring onion, chopped along with the greens
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp green chilly, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato purée
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • A pinch of sugar
  • Cornflour (if needed)


Method of preparing Vegetable Stiry Fry
  1. Sauté spring onions, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies in the kadhai for a minute.
  2. Then add the tomato purée, sauces, vinegar and sugar.
  3. Let it simmer for a minute.
  4. Add the vegetables. Increase the flame and stir fry.
  5. Make sure the vegetables don't lose their crunchiness.
  6. If the sauce thins, sprinkle a little cornflour to thicken it.
  7. Serve with steamed rice or steamed noodles.
