Leftover Chicken turkey beef recipes | Biriyani or Mixed Noodles

from: John

Ingredients

Leftover
salad; shredded chunks of roast (chicken, turkey, beef)- 1 cup

Rice
for pulao-1 cup or a packet noodles

Leftover roasted
potatoes- 3-4

Cinnamon stick-1

Green cardamom-3/4

Bay leaves-2

Oil- 1
tbsp

Finely sliced
onions- 2

Salt to taste.
However, since most ingredients will already be salted from last night, go easy
on it

Method

Soak the basmati rice for about a half an hour. Heat the oil in a pressure
cooker add whole spices and the sliced onions. Saute for a few minutes, drain
water from the rice and add to the onion base. Add one and a half cups of hot
water and give it a whistle.

Let
it cool and open the lid.

In a large pan, put one tsp of oil, and add in the
vegetables and shredded meat. Saut and add in the potatoes. Since all these
are already cooked, they don't need much time on the flame. Spoon in the rice,
and toss it up. Add red chillies and salt to taste.

For the noodles, boil and drain the noodles and
toss it in with vegetables and meat along with vinegar and soya sauce.
