Mutton Kheema Roll

Indian Style Non veg Recipes - With Mutton Kheema (Minced Lamb Curry)
Ingredients
- Maida
- 250 gms kheema
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp soft boiled mutter
- Curry leaves
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Method
1. Heat the oil and fry the ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves.
2. Add the kheema and roast well till cooked.
3. Add the mutter, salt and coriander powder to the mixture.
4. Knead the maida into a dough and roll into chappatis.
5. Spread the roasted kheema mixture on the roti, roll and fry.
6. Serve hot with green chutney and sauce.
