Nargisi Kabab

Indian Style Non veg Recipes - Mutton Kheema (Minced Lamb Curry)

Ingredients

250 gms kheema
1 cup water
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
1 piece ginger
1 tsp chilli powder
2 beaten eggs
4 eggs, boiled and shelled
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
2 tsps flour
Oil for frying

Method

1.

Boil the kheema and onion on a medium flame till the water is absorbed
and the mutton is tender. Remove and grind together till fairly soft
and smooth.
2. Add all the ingredients except the eggs and flour and grind again.
3. Add the beaten eggs to this mixture and mix well.
4.
Take the boiled eggs and coat with dry flour. Coat each egg completely
in the above prepared mutton paste and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve.
