Roast chicken and red chilly

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg broiler chicken (cut into medium sized pieces)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 to 4 Kashmiri chillies
- Few peppercorns
- 1 small piece cinnamon
- Few strands of saffron
- 1/2 tsp cumin seed powder
- 2 to 3 tomatoes (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
Steps to Cook
Clean and wash the chicken pieces.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the chilies, peppercorns and cinnamon.
When
the spices become hot, add the chicken pieces along with saffron and
cumin seed powder. Add salt and mix well. Add tomatoes and mix well.
Cook on a low flame till it becomes tender and dry. Serve hot.
