Apple chutney Recipes, Mix of Apple and Onions
from: Molinie- Granny Smith apples, cut into ½ cm dice 5 each
- White Onion, cut into ½ cm dice 1 each
- Apple Cider vinegar 1 dash
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt, Lemon and crushed black pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tsp

- Take a pan and slowly cook the onions until soft.
- Add the apples and cook until soft but still with structure.
- Season and cool.
