Apple chutney Recipes, Mix of Apple and Onions

from: Molinie

Ingredients
  • Granny Smith apples,  cut into ½ cm dice 5 each
  • White Onion, cut into ½ cm dice 1 each
  • Apple Cider vinegar 1 dash
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt, Lemon and crushed black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tsp
Preparation of Apple chutney Recipes, Mix of Apple and Onions

  • Take a pan and slowly cook the onions until soft.  
  • Add the apples and cook until soft but still with structure.
  • Season and cool.
